Hosting and access logs
The website runs on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany, under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. To deliver a page, the web server necessarily processes your IP address. Its access logs store only a shortened IP address (for IPv4 the first two blocks, for IPv6 the first 32 bits), together with time, requested address, status code, response size and response time. Referrer, browser identification and other request headers are not stored. The logs serve secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). They are limited in size and rotated automatically; older log files are deleted after 30 days.
Website resources
This website uses no cookies and no analytics. Fonts, styles, scripts and images are served by the operator; there are no third-party font services or CDNs. Cloudflare provides DNS only for this website, without its proxy, so page traffic does not pass through Cloudflare.

Email to contact@open-mapsight.org is forwarded by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) via email routing to a mailbox at Host Europe GmbH in Germany. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR). We process your address and message to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; for enquiries about a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete your message once the enquiry is fully dealt with, at the latest three years after the end of the year in which it was closed. We keep messages longer only where statutory retention obligations apply, or where they contain a written permission to use the Mapsight marks; we keep those for as long as the permission applies and three years after.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it for the future. Contact the operator at the email address above.
